Financial operations deserve better than the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.

VaraNote is a U.S.-based financial software company. We build tools for specialized financial operations.

The work is the place where the record splits across spreadsheets, documents, inboxes, and one person’s memory, especially when money, deadlines, and several people have to stay aligned.

The first products are Silta—Finnish for bridge—for private lending, and Satama—Finnish for harbor—for qualified intermediaries running 1031 exchanges.
